Apertamente offers systemic and relational psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families in London. The project of this studio starts from the idea that sharing the background of one of the patients may help to build a safer environment and allows a more direct and genuine form of expression with faster access to feelings and personal history.
The clinical practice is focused both on personal history and the “here and now” to explore and understand why, in this specific moment of one’s life cycle, the client is blocked and where the difficulties may be coming from.
The therapeutic work with clients seeks to identify personal resources which can help to lead a change in their lives.
The standard length of each session is 50 minutes and the cost is £80. The first session is introductory and free of charge. There are limited places reserved for low-income workers or students for a reduced price
